My name is Karen Panzer; my husband Ken and I have owned Boston Terriers since 1990. We loved the breed so much that we started breeding these beautiful dogs in 2017 and since have become Be-Boppin’ Boston Terriers!
Our goal is to produce beautiful, healthy dogs. Our dogs are part of our family, and our puppies are sold as companions with limited registration.
Our beautiful import “Heartily Yo-Yo (Rocky)” has been joined by our AKC grand champion sired “Moe-r Drummer Brings the Force of Be-Boppin”. Rocky and Drummer are siring some of the best Boston Terrier puppies around!
The puppies we sell are from AKC-Registered parents and will also be registered with the AKC. Your puppy will come to you with AKC registration and a registered AKC microchip. They have been raised in our home and are handled multiple times daily. Better yet, they are fully socialized from the time they are born!
Our puppies are also sired by one our beautiful AKC pointed males. We have imported our male Rocky from a world-famous breeding center in Serbia, Heartily Kennels. We also have a domestically bred male with AKC Champion and Grand Champion bloodlines. Our babies are gorgeous and are from beautiful girls that are carefully selected for our breeding program.
Our Standards
We complete health testing on our breeding stock to reduce the possibility of heritable health conditions.
We provide a health guarantee for the puppies we sell. We also provide a 4-generation pedigree with your puppy.
Transfer of AKC registration serves as a written bill of sale. Our executed agreement includes detailed responsibilities for the buyer and the seller.
If the puppy buyer cannot keep a puppy purchased from us, we will take the puppy back under all conditions.
After our puppies are permanently identified, we enroll them in AKC Reunite.
The standards we breed to allow us to ask a fair-market price of $3,000.00
We interview our potential families before approving them for placement of one of our puppies.
Be prepared to discuss the following with us:
- What is your experience with owning a dog and why have you chosen this breed?
- Who will be responsible for the dog’s care? Puppies are demanding for feeding, exercise, training and family time.
- If you have children in the home, will they be instructed in the appropriate handling and interaction with this puppy?
- Are you committed to the health care and related costs for this puppy?
- Is there a family member present in the home for several hours a day?
- We recommend crate training for puppy safety and the prevention of property damage. We also endorse the AKC training program “Canine Good Citizen”, which is offered by Petco. Are you prepared to provide that?
